We are seeking an experienced Medical Home Health QA Reviewer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Home Health documentation review and is knowledgeable in OASIS, ICD-10 coding, Medicare guidelines, and EMR systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and audit Home Health clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Ensure OASIS assessments, ICD-10 coding, and visit notes meet Medicare and agency standards.
Verify documentation supports accurate diagnosis coding and regulatory compliance.
Provide feedback to clinicians to improve documentation quality.
Maintain productivity and quality targets while meeting turnaround times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license.
Minimum 2 years of Home Health QA experience.
Strong knowledge of OASIS, ICD-10-CM coding, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Home Health regulations.
Experience with WellSky/Kinnser, Axxess, or similar EMR systems is preferred.
NCLEX certification is a plus but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
